  • Maria Filomena Galvão – Teacher of Portuguese as native language, in the secondary school.
  •  Cláudia Vaz - Lecturer in Anthropology (Instituto Superior de Ciências Sociais e Políticas/Universidade Técnica de Lisboa). Working on  qualitative methodologies (especially participatory methodologies).

 

Target/s

  • Classes attended by adults who are not native speakers just arrived in Portugal (learning Portuguese as L2 in institutional educational structures)
  • Classes with adults learning Portuguese
  • Foreign students at the university
  • Teachers of Portuguese as a foreign/second language

 

Aims:

  • Teachers training in the area Portuguese as L2, and Portuguese for foreign people  and spread this contented in all the schools of our municipality;
  • To create and share, several didactic materials to introduce and experiment in different educational levels;
  • To elaborate different proposals for language teachers writing their language autobiography and for its analysis;
  • To develop different methods/tools to help teachers and learners in writing language autobiographies;
  • To create and implement materials for promotion and development of  plurilingualism through the use of language autobiographies.
  • Dissemination of the contents of the project in a local, regional, national and international, by different ways: newsletter, newspaper, web site and  social network.
